Calcutta Art Studio, established in 1878, is one of India's oldest operational printing press located in Kolkata. Initially a studio for portraits and oleographs, it reproduced paintings onto limestone with colored inks, a skilled labor-intensive process done by Art College Grsduates. Features famous personalities and epic and mythological scenes. Now, it has evolved into a into a modern high-end digitak print production unit.
